Submission of Data Concerning the Number of Level 1 Certifications Issued Relative to the Law Student Practice Rule under Rule 138-A of the Rules of Court

In order to properly monitor the implementation of the Law Student Practice Rule under Rule 138-A of the Rules of Court, all Executive Judges of multiple-sala and Presiding Judges of single-sala first and second level courts are mandated to submit the number of Level 1 certifications issued on (a) 01 January 2021 to 31 December 2021, and (b) 01 January 2022 to 31 October 2022. This should be accomplished within five (5) days from notice of this Circular, utilizing the QR Code/MS Form link provided for below:
