After the return of Secretary Cesar Virata from the People's Republic of China, I ordered a study of how we can utilize micro-hydro-electric equipment for use in the different municipalities. Secretary Virata reported to me that he saw small hydro-electric equipments at the Canton Fair (from 10 kva up).
My instructions then were for the government to acquire some of these equipments and test them and determine whether we can utilize them in the country. aisa dc
Please advise now on what the National Power Corporation has done to carry out my instructions. aisa dc
