Statement of Contact Details of Parties or Their Counsels in All Papers and Pleadings Filed with the Supreme Court
On July 10, 2007, the Philippine Supreme Court issued a resolution requiring parties and their counsels to include their contact details—such as telephone numbers, fax numbers, cellular phone numbers, or email addresses—in all pleadings filed with the Court. This requirement is in addition to existing mandates for including the counsel's Professional Tax Receipt (PTR) number, IBP Official Receipt, Life Member number, and Roll of Attorneys number as outlined in Bar Matter No. 1132. The decision aims to enhance communication between the Court and the involved parties.
