Republic Act No. 8842, enacted on August 22, 2000, establishes the Sitero Francisco Memorial National High School in Barangay Ugong, Valenzuela, Metro Manila. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8842

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AT BARANGAY UGONG, VALENZUELA, METRO MANILA TO BE KNOWN AS THE SITERO FRANCISCO MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school at Barangay Ugong, Valenzuela, Metro Manila to be known as the Sitero Francisco Memorial National High School. ECaSIT

SECTION 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. ScTaEA

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
