REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8852
AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SIBAGUAN, MUNICIPALITY OF SAGNAY, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SIBAGUAN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established an agro-industrial high school in Barangay Sibaguan, Municipality of Sagnay, Province of Camarines Sur, to be known as the Sibaguan Agro-Industrial High School. SDHITE
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
