PCAB RESOLUTION NO. 549-B-08
SETTING POLICY ON INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS FOR LICENSE/REGISTRATION FOR GOVERNMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Section 4.4, Rule 4 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 4566 provides, among others, that an application which is complete with respect to prescribed documentary requirements, shall be received by the Secretariat and considered filed as of the date of such receipt; SDTIHA
WHEREAS, several filed applications are lacking documentary requirements, including the required signature of the Authorized Managing Officer on every page of the application and its supporting documents, which are listed in the application's checklist or requirements;
WHEREAS, the processing of incomplete applications causes delay in the effective and efficient delivery of licensing/registration services;
NOW, THEREFORE, and based on the foregoing premises, the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board hereby RESOLVED that incomplete applications for license/registration will be returned and will only be accepted upon completion of all the requirements.
This resolution will be effective upon publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
