PROCLAMATION NO. 1628
DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN RAFAEL, PROVINCE OF BULACAN
WHEREAS, Monday, September 29, 2008, marks the 258th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan; aESTAI
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, September 29, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 22nd day of September, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Eight.
