Separation and Merger of Certain Barrios from Caibiran, Leyte to Kawayan, Leyte
Republic Act No. 232, enacted on June 9, 1948, mandates the separation of the barrios of Ungale, Tucdao, and Inasuyan from the municipality of Caibiran in Leyte. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 232
AN ACT TO SEPARATE THE BARRIOS OF UNGALE, TUCDAO, AND INASUYAN FROM THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAIBIRAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, AND TO MERGE THESE BARRIOS WITH THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAWAYAN, OF THE SAME PROVINCE
SECTION 1. The barrios of Ungale, Tucdao, and Inasuyan of the municipality of Caibiran, Province of Leyte, are hereby separated from said municipality and merged with the municipality of Kawayan, of the same province.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
