Self-Assessment Checklist on COVID-19 Measures in the Workplace
The PEZA Memorandum Circular No. 031-20, issued on May 22, 2020, mandates all economic zone developers and enterprises to complete an online self-assessment checklist regarding COVID-19 workplace measures. The transmission of the SARS-CoV-2 virus causing the COVID-19 disease has been linked to close contact between individuals. Thus, policy and health measures need to be in place in the community and in the workplace to reduce the risk of transmission. PEZA has formulated an online self-assessment checklist to allow company Safety Officers or Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) personnel to determine their level of compliance to the COVID-19 workplace guidelines issued by the DOH, DTI and DOLE.

We would like to request all PEZA-registered enterprises and developers to accomplish the online form. The responses will be used by PEZA to identify companies who may need assistance in understanding the requirements of the various regulatory agencies. The aggregated results will be used by PEZA as a tool to report the level of compliance of the economic zones to the COVID-19 policies issued by the aforementioned regulatory agencies.
