Second Round of Survey for the Revision of the Handbook for Sheriffs
OCA Circular No. 219-2017 directs all sheriffs in specified regions of the Philippines to participate in a second round of surveys aimed at revising the Handbook for Sheriffs. The survey, as outlined in the attached Annex A, is to be completed and submitted by November 30, 2017. This initiative follows a request from Justice Adolfo S. Azcuna of the Philippine Judicial Academy, emphasizing the need for updated guidelines for sheriffs. Compliance with this directive is mandated for all concerned parties.
