Sara National High School in Sara, Iloilo
Republic Act No. 8568, enacted on February 27, 1998, establishes the Sara National High School in the Municipality of Sara, Province of Iloilo. The Act mandates the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports to create necessary rules and regulations for its implementation. Funding for the school will be included in the General Appropriations Act in the year following its enactment and subsequent years. The law took effect upon its approval and lapsed into law without the President's signature, in accordance with the Philippine Constitution.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8568
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SARA, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SARA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in the Municipality of Sara, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the Sara National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
