REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7867
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SAN ANDRES, MUNICIPALITY OF KADINGILAN, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN ANDRES NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in barangay San Andres, Municipality of Kadingilan, Province of Bukidnon, to be known as the San Andres National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
