AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF ONE PARCEL OF PUBLIC LAND IN THE BAGUIO TOWNSITE, CITY OF BAGUIO

SECTION 1. The following parcel of public land in the Baguio Townsite, City of Baguio, shall be sold in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Seven hundred and thirty; cd

A parcel of land (the boundary of Lot I of plan SWO — 40729, Sheet I), situated in Residence Sections D and H, City of Baguio.

SECTION 2. The Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, with the approval of the President of the Philippines, shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
