MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 322
There is hereby created a Special Review Committee to review and reevaluate the "Modernization of Philippine Airways System, Phase II: GEC Marconi Contract."
The Committee shall be composed of Executive Secretary Ruben D. Torres as Chairman, with Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Antonio T. Carpio and Secretary of National Defense Renato S. De Villa, as members.
The Committee shall submit its report and recommendations to the Office of the President not later than 07 December 1995.
