MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 404

DIRECTING THE REVERSION TO THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY OF THE AUTHORITY TO SIGN ALL DECISIONS IN CASES APPEALED TO THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby order the reversion to the Executive Secretary the authority to sign all decisions resolving appeals from orders or actions of departments, agencies or offices before the Office of the President. In this regard, all previous delegations of signing authority to officers other than the Executive Secretary are hereby revoked.

This Order takes effect immediately.
