SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 106
RESOLUTION INFORMING THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES AND THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES THAT THE SENATE LEADERSHIP HAS BEEN REORGANIZED WITH THE ELECTION OF SENATOR VICENTE C. SOTTO III AS SENATE PRESIDENT AND THAT HE HAS ENTERED UPON THE EXERCISE OF HIS FUNCTIONS AS SUCH IN THE SECOND REGULAR SESSION OF THE SEVENTEENTH CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES
Resolved by the Senate, That the Office of the President of the Philippines and the House of Representatives be informed that the Senate leadership has been reorganized with the election of Senator Vicente C. Sotto III as Senate President, and that he has entered upon the exercise of his functions as such in the Second Regular Session of the Seventeenth Congress of the Philippines.
