In its Resolution dated 22 February 2022 in Administrative Matter No. 21-08-09-SC, the Court En BancRESOLVED to APPROVE the "Further Amendments to Rule 140," the full text of which is hereto appended as Annex "A" for reference.
Published in the Manila Bulletin and Philippine Star on 3 April 2022, the aforesaid amendment shall take effect on 18 April 2022.
Any prior circular from the Office of the Court Administrator on this matter which is contrary to the foregoing is hereby deemed superseded.
