RESOLUTION CHR (V) NO. AM 2016-087
The Commission RESOLVES to ADOPT the formatting and style requirements prescribed by the Supreme Court under A.M. No. 11-9-4-SC, dated 13 November 2012, otherwise known as the "Efficient Use of Paper Rule," for all formal pleadings, motions, and similar papers intended for the Commission's consideration and action.
SO RESOLVED.
