SUBJECT Requirement for Qatari Nationals to Obtain No-Objection Certificate (NCO) from Their Embassy Prior to Their Marriage to Non-Qatari Nationals in the Philippines

 

Acting on the letter dated 20 September 2021 of the Office of Middle East and African Affairs, Department of Foreign Affairs, all concerned first and second level courts, including Shari'a District Courts and Shari'a Circuit Courts, are DIRECTED to observe the requirement of the State of Qatar that Qatari nationals must obtain a No-Objection Certificate (NCO) from their Embassy prior to their marriage to non-Qatari nationals.
