NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated August 28, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 12-8-12-SC (Re: Request of the SC-BAC-GS for Authority to Directly Negotiate a Contract Relative to the Procurement of Fuel, Lubricants and Other Oil Products for the Supreme Court Vehicles for 2012 to 2014). — In view of the failure of the public bidding, the Court Resolved to AUTHORIZE the Bids and Awards Committee for Goods and Services to directly negotiate a contract with technically, legally and financially capable suppliers in the procurement of fuel, lubricants and other oil products for the vehicles of the Supreme for two (2) years from 2012 to 2014."
