Request for the Designation of an Acting Judge in the MTCC, Branch 3, City of San Fernando, Pampanga
On June 9, 2009, the Philippine Supreme Court resolved to address a request from Executive Judge Merideth D. delos Santos-Malig regarding the need for an acting presiding judge for the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 3, in San Fernando, Pampanga. Upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, the Court designated Hon. Christine Marie C. Capule, currently the Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Arayat, Pampanga, to serve as the Acting Presiding Judge for Branch 3. This decision is part of the court's administrative measures to ensure the continuity of judicial functions in the absence of a permanent judge.

"A.M. No. 09-4-63 MTCC (Re: Request for the Designation of an Acting Judge in the MTCC, Branch 3, City of San Fernando, Pampanga). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to:
(a) NOTE the Letter dated March 10, 2009 of Executive Judge Merideth D. delos Santos-Malig, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 4, San Fernando City, Pampanga, requesting for the designation of an acting presiding judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 3, same court; and
(b) DESIGNATE Hon. Christine Marie C. Capule, Presiding Judge, Municipal Trial Court, Arayat, Pampanga, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 3, San Fernando City, Pampanga." ASaTCE
