Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated January 20, 2009
"A.M. No. 09-1-13-SC. — Re: Request for Amendment of Processing Slips for Motion for Extension to File Petition, Petition for Review on Certiorari and Petitions for Certiorari, Prohibition, Mandamus, etc. — Acting on the Letter dated January 6, 2009 of Atty. Ma. Lourdes C. Perfecto, Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief Judicial Records Officer, the Court Resolved to APPROVE the amendment of the Processing Slips for Motion for Extension to File Petition, Petition for Review on Certiorari as well as for Petitions for Certiorari, Prohibition, Mandamus, etc., to include the items to be accomplished by the Processor, as required by the resolutions of this Court.
