Repealing R.A. No. 6145 and 5474 Re: Prohibition to Catch Fish Called "Ipon"

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7326
AN ACT REPEALING REPUBLIC ACTS NUMBERED SIXTY-ONE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE AND FIFTY-FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR (RE: PROHIBITION TO CATCH FISH CALLED "IPON" DURING CERTAIN MONTHS OF THE YEAR, ETC.)
SECTION 1. Republic Acts Numbered Sixty-one hundred forty-five and Fifty-four hundred seventy-four are hereby repealed by this Act. cdt
SECTION 2. All provisions of existing laws, orders, decrees, rules and regulations inconsistent herewith are likewise repealed.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
