Pursuant to the 12 April 2023 letter of Undersecretary Brigido J. Dulay, Department of Justice, effective immediately, collections for the Victims Compensation Fund shall be deposited to its newly opened Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) account, with the following details: HTcADC
