Registration of Deeds of Conveyance Under P.D. No. 293 and Issuance of Titles to Individual Lot Purchasers Thereto

LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 710

In order to expedite the implementation of Presidential Decree No. 293 and to accelerate the development of the land covered thereby which used to be part of the Tala Estate in Caloocan City into a viable human settlement project, you are hereby authorized and directed to proceed with the registration of all deeds of conveyance executed in accordance with the said decree by the Secretary of Natural Resources or his authorized representative, as well as the issuance of titles thereto to the individual lot purchasers on the basis of the original copy of Original Certificate of Title No. 543 now in the official custody of the Office of the Register of Deeds and Caloocan City,

All Letters of Instructions, Executive Orders, Circulars, Rules and Regulations or parts thereof that are inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked or modified accordingly.

This Letter of Instructions shall take effect immediately.
