MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 69
RECONSTITUTION OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT (OP) PROGRAM ON AWARDS AND INCENTIVES FOR SERVICE EXCELLENCE (PRAISE) COMMITTEE
Memorandum Order (M.O.) No. 35, s. 2012, amending M.O. No. 12, s. 2011, creating the OP-PRAISE Committee, pursuant to Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2001, is hereby amended so as to reconstitute the Committee as follows:

The PRAISE Committee shall perform the functions provided under M.O. No. 12, s. 2011. ADTEaI
