Memorandum Order No. 219, issued on June 19, 2006, reconstitutes the Disposal Committee in the Office of the President of the Philippines as per Executive Order No. 309. Atty. Susana D. Vargas is appointed as the Chairman, with additional members including Atty. Lynn D. Moreno, Dir. Teresita M. Mercado, and Atty. Rowena T. Sanchez. The Property and Procurement Office is designated as the Secretariat for the Committee. This order serves to amend the previous Memorandum Order No. 8 dated February 26, 2001.
