Reappropriation of Certain Sums for Construction of Cangaranan Bridge in Bugasong, Antique

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2850

AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING CERTAIN SUMS UNDER REPUBLIC ACTS NUMBERED SIXTEEN HUNDRED THIRTEEN, NINETEEN HUNDRED, TWENTY HUNDRED NINETY-THREE AND TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED AND ONE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CANGARANAN BRIDGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUGASONG, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE

SECTION 1. The sum of eight thousand pesos appropriated under item (i) subparagraph 4, paragraph f, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred thirteen; the sum of twenty thousand pesos appropriated under item ( p), the sum of nine thousand pesos appropriated under item (q), the sum of the nine thousand pesos appropriated under item (r), all on page 21, subparagraph 5, paragraph a, Title B, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred; the sum of fifteen thousand pesos appropriated under item (s) on page 22, subparagraph 5, paragraph a, Title B, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred; the sum of five thousand pesos under item (c) on page 208, subparagraph 5, paragraph f, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred; the sum of forty thousand pesos appropriated under item (x) on page 210, subparagraph 5, paragraph f, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred; the sum of ten thousand pesos appropriated under item (l) on page 11, subparagraph 5, paragraph a, Title B, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twenty hundred ninety-three; the sum of one hundred thousand pesos appropriated under item (a) on page 180, subparagraph 5, paragraph f, Title M, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twenty hundred ninety-three; the sum of ten thousand pesos appropriated under item (l) and the sum of five thousand pesos appropriated under item (m), both on page 234, subparagraph 5, paragraph a, Title B, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one; the sum of three thousand pesos appropriated under item (l) and the sum of five thousand pesos appropriated under item (r) both on page 346, subparagraph 5, paragraph d, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one, all amounting to the total sum of two hundred thirty-nine thousand pesos, are hereby reappropriated for the construction of the Ca√±garanan Bridge in the Municipality of Bugasong, Province of Antique.

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
