NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames:
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated November 27, 2012, which reads as follows: HSCATc
"A.M. No. 12-11-7-SC (Re: Proposed National Conference for the Revision of the Rules of Civil Procedure). — The Court resolves to grant the Court's Sub-Committee on the Revision of the Rules of Civil Procedure, the University of the Philippines Law Center, and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines permission to hold a National Conference for the Revision of the Rules of Civil Procedure. The Conference will assist the Court in making proceedings in civil actions simple, speedy, effective, fair, and inexpensive.
The Conference approves the designation of the following:
1. To constitute its Contents Committee that will, together with the Sub-Committee on the Revision of the Rules of Civil Procedure, organize, harmonize, and edit the various proposals from the Conference into a final draft for approval by the Court En Banc: a) Dean Eduardo D. De los Angeles; b) Dean Danilo L. Concepcion; c) Dean Jose Manuel L. Diokno, d) Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo; e) Justice Amy C. Lazaro-Javier; f) Atty. Victor P. Lazatin; g) Atty. Roan I. Libarios; and h) Atty. Simeon V. Marcelo.
2. To constitute its Conference Procedure Committee that will arrange pre-work and the conference proceedings and take charge of preserving all the papers submitted in connection with the revision of the rules and documenting all the sessions for future reference: a) Dean Sedfrey M. Candelaria; b) Professor Rowena V. Guanzon; c) Judge Thelma A. Ponferrada; and d) Atty. Blessilda Abad-Gamo.
