NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated February 19, 2013, which reads as follows:
"B.M. No. 1173 (Re: IBP Legal Aid Subsidy). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) NOTE the Memorandum dated February 14, 2013 of Atty. Corazon G. Ferrer-Flores, Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief of Office, Fiscal Management and Budget Office;
(b) APPROVE the release to the Integrated Bar of the Philippines of the amount of Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P7,500,000.00), representing the 4th quarter allocation of the P30 Million Expanded Legal Aid Program subsidy for CY 2012, subject to the usual liquidation requirements in accordance with accounting and auditing rules and regulations; and
(c) REQUIRE the IBP to submit a REPORT on its legal aid activities for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters of CY 2012, within fifteen (15) days from notice hereof." (adv30) aSEHDA
