EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 18-W
PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE PHILIPPINES DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE THIRTIETH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FORTY-FIVE
By virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution and pursuant to the provisions of the Emergency Powers Law, I, Sergio Osmeña, President of the Philippines, do hereby set aside the following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary out of any funds of the Government of the Commonwealth of the Philippines not otherwise appropriated, for the operation of said Government now temporarily established in Washington, D.C., United States of America, for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and forty-five:
