Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated January 31, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 00-4-07-SC (Re: Proposed Rule on Examination of a Child Witness). — The Court Resolved to REFER to the COMMITTEE ON REVISION OF THE RULES OF COURT, for appropriate action, the Proposed Amendment to the Rule on Examination of a Child Witness: Where Child Abuse Victims Desist, Recant, or Impeach Their Testimony, or are Unable or Unavailable to Testify in Court or During Preliminary Investigation."
