MEMORANDUM FROM H.E. THE PRESIDENT

TO	:	All Heads of Departments, Agencies, Offices of the Government Including Government-Owned and/or Controlled Corporations

SUBJECT	:	Property Rentals/Leases

In line with the implementation of the government-wide austerity measures, submit a comprehensive list, using the attached form, of all properties (i.e. lands, buildings, office spaces, etc.) rented or leased by your office. Further, formulate a plan on how your office can reduce rental expenses or propose alternatives other than renting/leasing such properties with the end in view of cutting unnecessary or excessive costs to your operations. prcd

Submit your reports and action plan to my Office, duly notarized, through the Presidential Management Staff not later than 29 December 1998.
