Pursuant to the provisions of Section 383, Title VI, Book II, of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, the herein set of rules and regulations on supply and property management in local government units are hereby promulgated.
These rules and regulations shall take effect immediately.
