The officers and members of the Court Stenographers Association of the Philippines-National Capital Judicial Region (COSTRAPHIL-NCJR) Chapter will hold its 3rd National Capital Judicial Region (NCJR) Congress on 26 and 27 November 2015 at the City State Tower Hotel, 1315 A. Mabini Street, Ermita, Manila. TIADCc
