DA PFDA OFFICE ORDER NO. 10-10
| SUBJECT | : | Policies and Guidelines for Temporary Use or Lease of Port Facilities and Equipment |
In the exigency of the service, Item No. 6 of Office Order No. 04 Series of 2010 is hereby amended as follows:
"6. The Contract for Temporary Use or Lease of Port Facilities and Equipment shall follow, in so far as applicable, the standard provisions of ordinary lease contracts and conform with the pro-forma contract attached herewith."
This Order takes effect immediately and revokes all Orders/Memoranda inconsistent herewith. HTcADC
