Considering the numerous inquiries on the effectivity of the implementation of plea bargaining in drug cases pursuant to Estipona v. Judge Lobrigo, G.R. No. 226679, 15 August 2017, please be informed that a Motion for Reconsideration in the instant case has been filed and is pending before the Court. Accordingly, all judges are hereby ENJOINED to refrain from acting on motions and requests for plea bargaining in drug cases until the Court has decided the instant case with finality.
