REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8917

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REGULAR NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY PLARIDEL, MUNICIPALITY OF LIBJO, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE TO BE KNOWN AS THE PLARIDEL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Plaridel, Municipality of Libjo, Province of Surigao del Norte to be known as the Plaridel National High School.

SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. CHIaTc

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
