SUPREME COURT SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 10-2022-A

Further to Memorandum Order No. 10-2022 issued 12 January 2022, in view of the IATF Resolution No. 156-C dated 12 January 2022 approving the escalation of several other provinces, highly urbanized cities (HUCs), and independent component cities (ICCs) to Alert Level 3, the following areas are likewise ordered PHYSICALLY CLOSED to all court users beginning today, 13 January 2022, Thursday:
a. For Luzon:
a. Cordillera Administrative Region: Benguet, Kalinga, Abra;
b. Region I: La Union, Ilocos Norte, Pangasinan;
c. Region II: Nueva Vizcaya, Isabela, Quirino;
d. Region III: Tarlac;
e. (Region IV-A): Quezon Province;
f. Region IV-B: Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro;
g. Region V: Camarines Sur, Albay.
b. For Visayas:
a. Region VI: Bacolod City, Aklan, Capiz, Antique;
b. Region VII: Cebu City, Mandaue City;
c. (Region VIII): Tacloban City.
c. For Mindanao:
a. (Region IX): Cagayan de Oro City;
b. (Region X): Davao City;
c. Region XIII (CARAGA): Butuan City, Agusan del Sur;
d. (BARMM): Cotabato City.
The guidelines embodied in Memorandum Order No. 10-2022 shall henceforth apply to these areas.
In addition, the Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeals (CA) is hereby authorized to issue the appropriate office orders for the operation of the Cebu and Cagayan de Oro CA stations.
The Office of the Court Administrator is also hereby authorized to issue the appropriate circulars to address the varying urgent concerns of the Executive Judges/Presiding Judges of the first and second-level courts covered by Memorandum Order No. 10-2022 and this Supplemental Memorandum Order.
The provisions of earlier issuances which are inconsistent herewith are deemed modified.
