MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 114

AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN VARIOUS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS IN THE CONFERENCE-WORKSHOP-EXHIBIT OF CLEAN AND GREEN FOUNDATION, INC.

The Clean and Green Foundation, Inc., in its capacity as Administrator of the Ecolabelling Programme of the Philippines (Green Choice Philippines) under the authority of the Department of Trade and Industry and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, will hold its Conference-Workshop-Exhibit, dubbed as GP3 (Green Productivity, Green Purchasing, Green Philippines), at the Dusit Hotel Nikko, Makati City, on October 23 to 24, 2006.

In this connection, concerned officials and employees of the government and local government units are hereby authorized to attend said event on official time only, at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices as well as the delivery of services to the public.
