SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 65-03
RE : Pairing System for the RTC, Muntinlupa City
WHEREAS, Circular No. 7 dated September 23, 1974 established a pairing system for multiple sala stations to expedite resolutions of urgent matters requiring immediate action whenever the presiding judge of one (1) branch is temporarily absent and/or unable to act without an acting judge having been particularly designated. WHEREAS, implementation of Circular No. 7 may cause inconvenience to lawyers and litigants should it be applied to the RTC of Muntinlupa City considering that the branches of the court are located in different areas in Muntinlupa, two (2) are at the New Bilibid Prisons compound, two (2) are at the City Hall and three (3) are at the De Mesa Building.
WHEREAS, Executive Judge Juanita T. Guerrero issued Executive Order No. 03-02 providing the pairing system for the RTC's in Muntinlupa, to wit:

| Branch 206 | Branch 204 (the sala of the Executive Judge) |
Any branch in a station left without a pair shall be paired with the branch presided by the Executive Judge in addition to the latter's regular repair.
NOW, THEREFORE, in the interest of speedy dispensation of justice, Executive Order No. 03-02 dated March 31, 2003 is hereby APPROVED effective immediately and to remain in force until further orders from this Court. HSDCTA
