EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 5139, SERIES OF 1929, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE U.S. NAVAL RESERVATIONS SITUATED IN DIFFERENT PROVINCES A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAWIT, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, ISLAND OF LUZON, AND DECLARING THE SAID PORTION OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER REPUBLIC ACT 274 IN RELATION TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT

Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Executive Order No. 5139, series of 1929, which established the U.S. Naval Reservations situated in different provinces a certain portion of the land embraced therein situated in the Municipality of Kawit, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon, and declare the same open to disposition in accordance with Republic Act 274 in relation to the provisions of the Public Land Act, which portion is more particularly described as follows: cd i

Beginning at a point marked 1 on said plan P-4274, being North 2º52' E., 425.81 meters from B.L.L.M. No. 3, thence 1-2 N. 66º44' W. 91.20 m.; 2-3 S. 5º16' 22.23 m.; 3-4 N. 85º42' W. 14.54 m.; 4-5 N. 19º33' E. 66.18 m.; 5-6 N. 30º19' E. 4.24 m.; 6-7 N. 15º47' E. 31.97 m.; 7-8 N. 58º20' E. 54.50 m.; 9-10 S. 57º00' E. 52.49 m.; 10-11 S. 64º49' E. 42.27 m.; 11-12 S. 36º07' W. 60.47 m.; 12-13 S. 24º26' W. 22. 22.48 m.; 13-1 S. 26º15' W. 28.47 m.; point of beginning; area, 12,267.04 square meters.
