Online Resource Channels for Health Facility Development Policies, Standards and Guidelines
On May 4, 2020, the Department of Health (DOH) issued Circular No. 2020-0199 to enhance the implementation of the Universal Health Care Law through the establishment of online resource channels. The Health Facility Development Bureau (HFDB) launched these channels, including a dedicated Facebook page and content support link, to provide 24/7 access to health facility development policies, standards, and guidelines. This initiative aims to support Health Facility Development Units and various healthcare facilities. Additional resources may be shared through these channels as necessary, and further inquiries can be directed to designated HFDB contacts.

In performing its roles in the implementation of the Universal Health Care Law, consistent with its functions and strategies under FOURmula One Plus for Health, the Health Facility Development Bureau (HFDB) has launched the following online resource channels: HTcADC

• Content Support Channel: bit.ly/hfdh-doh
These channels shall help ensure 24/7 availability of DOH policies, standards and guidelines on health facility development. They intend to support the work of the Health Facility Development Units (HFDU) in the CHDs per Administrative Order No. 2019-0031, as well as the HFDB's strategic audiences among national and local, public and private health care facilities.
