DECLARING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT
WHEREAS, Thursday, November 22, 2007, marks the foundation day anniversary of the Province of Sultan Kudarat; acITSD
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sultan Kudarat be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, November 22, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Sultan Kudarat. HDAaIS
