Natividad National High School in Natividad, Pangasinan
Republic Act No. 8420, enacted on November 27, 1997, establishes the Natividad National High School in the Municipality of Natividad, Pangasinan. The law mandates the Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports to issue necessary regulations for its implementation. Funding for the school will be allocated in the General Appropriations Act following its enactment. The Act took effect upon approval and lapsed into law without the President's signature, as permitted by the Philippine Constitution.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8420
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONALIZED HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NATIVIDAD, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE NATIVIDAD NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. A nationalized high school is hereby established in the Municipality of Natividad, Province of Pangasinan, to be known as the Natividad National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
