National High School in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8929
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the Municipality of Santa Maria to be known as the Santa Maria National High School in the Province of Ilocos Sur. aITECA
SECTION 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. EcDATH
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
