Naming the Road from Tacloban to Sta. Fe, Pastrana, Dagami and Tanauan, Leyte as Filomeno Montejo Highway

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8028
AN ACT NAMING THE ROAD FROM TIGBAO (TACLOBAN) TO STA. FE, PASTRANA, DAGAMI AND TANAUAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, AS FILOMENO MONTEJO HIGHWAY
SECTION 1. The road starting from Tigbao (Tacloban) to Sta. Fe, Pastrana, Dagami and Tanauan (Junction of Pan-Philippine Highway), Province of Leyte, shall be known as the Filomeno Montejo Highway. casia
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law on June 5, 1995 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
