Naming of Public Plaza in Mandurriao, Iloilo City to Serapion C. Torre Park

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1023
AN ACT TO NAME THE PUBLIC PLAZA OF THE DISTRICT OF MANDURRIAO, CITY OF ILOILO, SERAPION C. TORRE PARK
SECTION 1. The public plaza of the district of Mandurriao, City of Iloilo, shall hereafter be known as Serapion C. Torre Park.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
