MEMORANDUM FROM THE PRESIDENT

| SUBJECT | : | Monitoring the Implementation of Policies and Programs for Laguna De Bay and the Lake Region in the Municipal Level |
To ensure the efficient and effective implementation of the policies and programs for the preservation and development of Laguna de Bay and the Lake Region, you are hereby directed to closely monitor the implementation by the concerned Municipal Government Units of the policies and programs affecting the area, in particular their compliance to the standards and criteria set by the Laguna Lake Development Authority pertinent to the LGUs' issuance of permits and clearances on activities thereto.
Submit to my Office, through the Executive Secretary, copy furnished the Head, Presidential Management Staff, regular quarterly report on the compliance of the LGUs with the above.
