EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 13-A

MODIFYING THE RATES OF IMPORT DUTY ON CERTAIN IMPORTED ARTICLES AS PROVIDED UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NUMBER NINETEEN HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE TARIFF AND CUSTOMS CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES

Pursuant to the powers vested in me by Section 401 of Republic Act Number Nineteen Hundred Thirty-Seven, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby direct and order: ETHIDa

SECTION 1. The articles specifically listed hereunder as classified under Section 104 of Republic Act Number Nineteen Hundred Thirty-Seven shall pay the following rates of import duty:

SECTION 2. After the expiration of thirty (30) days from the issuance of this Order, all the above-described articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, in the Philippines, for consumption shall be subject to the rates of import duty herein prescribed. TIADCc
